Jazz Duality will enhance any social situation with the classic jazz sound and a lot of soul. Don't be fooled by the size of the group. These two guys, Oli Fraenkle on the keys and Steven A. Hoffman on the bass, put out a huge sound between them. High on extremely full harmonies and expressive solos, Jazz Duality's music can take you on short journeys of jazz improvisation as well as entertain you with the melodies of classic jazz tunes.
Jazz Duality digs playing straight ahead. You will hear many of the great jazz composers such as: Ellington, Monk, Evans, Davis, Coltrane, Rogers/Hammerstein...in the duo setting.
If you are looking for more than the duo sound, just ask! We can easily put together trios, quartets, etc...The Jazz Duality also backs the vocalist Kevin Durkin in the Kevin Durkin Trio.
